Here are a few embarrassing teen photos from our staff. Back in the day we didn’t have the luxury of photo “retouching.” It may have been a while since high school, but being around so many terrific teenagers keeps us young at heart.

Amber Weigand-Buckley

Amber has spent more than ten years at On Course and has loved every minute of it. She is a 1996 Journalism graduate of Evangel University (Springfield, Missouri). She and her British import hubby, Philip, have been married over 13 years and spend their spare time keeping up with three daughters Saffron (7), Imogen (4) and Penelope (>1), along with four cats and four fish.

Ryan Strong
Art Director

Ryan is the art director and graphic design guru at National Youth Ministries. Besides designing OnCourse Magazine he also creates all the web graphics, brochures, logos, and t-shirts. He graduated from Evangel University in 2006 with a major in Communications and a minor in Biblical Studies.

Tommy Rennier
Web Management

This is Tommy's first year helping OnCourse. He graduated from Missouri State University in 2007 with a degree in Mass Media. He just got married last summer and likes to eat Chinese food.

Jennie is a journalism major at Evangel University and is originally from Minneapolis, Minn. She thrives on “Arts and Entertainment” news and enjoys writing reviews, interviewing artists and going to concerts.

Shannon Zabroski
Music Critic

Shannon is originally from Chicago. He made the jump from law enforcement to ministry many moons ago. He has a B.A. from Central Bible College, and his M.Div. from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He is currently the Family Life Director at Christian Life Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Abby Smith

Abigail was born and raised in small town Nebraska. She is (obviously) a Husker fan. She attended Central Bible College where she graduated in 2003 with a degree in Bible and Theology. It was at this point when she became known as "Abby", much to her mother's dismay.

Jason is a fun-loving, energetic and godly young man who passionately serves the Lord through his involvement in both the worship and Bible Quiz ministries at his local church and full-time position in Bible Quiz at Assemblies of God National Youth Ministries.
